Mini Christmas S'Mores Pies Recipe

These adorable Peep S'mores make a fun Christmas dessert for your family or for a party.  They are easy to make, and children can help assemble them and get them ready for baking.  You can make them for any holiday by swapping the marshmallows.

Christmas Peeps S'mores Pie

When I saw Peep s'mores on TikTik, I knew I had to make them for my kids.  Even as teenagers, I knew that they would love them!

These are so cute and easy to make.  I love that they make individual servings so each person can have one, but you could also use a large graham cracker crust and make one big Peeps s'mores pie to share.

Why You'll Love This Recipe

Easy to make.  These Peep s'mores are so easy to make! The hardest part is unwrapping the ingredients.

Kids can help.  Even the littles can help assemble this easy Christmas dessert recipe.  An adult needs to use the oven, but kids can help prep the ingredients and assemble the pies.

Adaptable.  I used Christmas peeps, but you can use other holiday themed Peeps, too.  You can easily make these for Easter or Halloween.  Peeps have a long shelf life, so stock up and make these later.  You can also use regular marshmallows, but we like the Peeps.

It's delicious.  Who doesn't love a good s'more?  These are easier to make than traditional s'mores, and there's no fire required.  You can also make this as a dip like this Easter Peep smores dip recipe.

Makes a unique gift idea.  Have kids to shop for?  You can package the crusts, Peeps, and some chocolate in a treat bag.  The kids can then easily make their own at home with help from an adult to bake them.

Ingredients

You will need the following to make a Peep s'mores pie:

Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts.  You can find mini graham cracker pie crusts with the baking supplies in the grocery store.  You can also use one large graham cracker crust and make one pie or make your own.

Chocolate Bars.  I like using Hershey's chocolate bars because I think they melt better and taste better.   You can also use Christmas themed chocolate pieces to make it fun for the kids to unwrap.  Chocolate chips doesn't melt as well, and you may need to add some vegetable shortening to thin them for a better consistency.

Christmas PeepsChristmas Peeps are the star of this easy Christmas dessert recipe.  This year, the stockings, snowmen, and trees were original flavored.  The gingerbread men were gingerbread flavored, so be sure to grab a pack that isn't flavored.

How to Make It

Step #1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step #2

Break up the chocolate bars and fill each pie crust with chocolate pieces.  I used two pieces of chocolate candy per pie.

Step #3

Add a Christmas Peep on top of the chocolate.

Step #4

Bake for 5 minutes or until the chocolate is melted.

Let cool slightly and enjoy!

I hope you love these Peeps S'mores as much as we do!
